Hi, I'm Tash Hardy, and I'm in the business of creating experiences. Super organised, I love to bend the rules and take event experience to the next level.

I'm meticulous in logistical planning, operations management and professional service delivery; and often sought for high-level state and national events with a number of complexities.

Over the years, I have been instrumental in delivering event services across some of the biggest events Australia wide, including Project Management and touring services for Brisbane Festival, Conference Management for the Institute of Public Administration National Conference, Event Director for Myriad, Event Producer Services for Maroon Festival, and Event Direction for the award winning Ord Valley Muster.

I have trained in Stakeholder Management Practices, which gives me a unique understanding of fundamental principles of effective stakeholder engagement. Let me hlep you identify and manage key stakeholders and;

  - analyse their needs and interests;

  - utilise effective techniques for engaging with stakeholders;

  - and practice effective facilitation and conflict management.
